I have already met some pretty amazing people at Star Center!! What an amazing, dynamic, diverse, community! Our class has grown from just 4 of us over the Summer to a steady 18 or so. I love how everyone really pulls together and supports each other with-in our community. Health and fitness are not always easy to maintain, so the strong community developing at Star really helps us to stay focused. Nothing beats surrounding yourself with like-minded people to keep the motivation going strong!
Fall is here, and if you're viewing this page, I'm guessing you have some goals!! This is a tough class for any fitness level. Now is a great time to come in, and meet others who share your goals. No Judgement here! If you are a beginner, or have physical concerns (ie: joint issues, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, ext.) no worries! We have lots of level options, and modifications for you!

Here is a peak of the type of workout we will be doing in the Tuesday night's Shred Circuit Class.In class you will have 2-3 levels to choose from for each move, as well as other options to honor our bodies' needs for that day. I am excited to get to know more of you in our community and work together to meet our goals!
