Outdoor Bootcamp -Shred Fit class! - BAD ASS Resisted bear runs

Wow!! They don't play!!! Check out my class doing intense resisted bear crawls!! Great bootcamp idea!! These are intense! Totally get the heart rate up and really burn the quads!! Check out the energy!!
